A history of Innovation & Growth The Assist Support Services Group was formed in late 2002; the initial focus of the business was on grounds maintenance which within one year of trading, blossomed into a multi million pound business. The reason? Our dynamic approach to providing assured support to our clients.

The end of 2003 saw another vista of opportunity open up to the group, when we further utilised the established recruitment skills from within the business to form a recruitment company, specialising in sourcing and placing industrial and grounds maintenance professionals. We weren't afraid to learn from others, through carefully planned acquisitions we were able to benefit from over 20 years of skills and expertise in the recruitment industry and by harmonising processes across the group everyone benefitted.

Over the years, our business mix has radically changed and through continual innovation we have been able to develop into a market leader in recruitment. A drive and passion to satisfy our customers' requirements and develop mutually beneficial partnerships is at the core of all we do.
